Welcome to The MindSoulful Show, where Mindfulness meets your heart and soul. I’m your host Brooke-Sidney. I’m an Abundance Accelerator, MindSoulful Mentor, and an Inner Voice and Soul Story Coach.

 

My guest on today’s episode is Heather London. She helps people get out of their own way by identifying and crushing old limiting beliefs that are keeping them stuck. She's a life coach, mindset mentor, energy healer, empath, shamanic healing practitioner, holistic nutritionist, body language specialist, personal trainer, healing touch enthusiast, and an unshakable optimist dedicated to helping people breakthrough their blocks so they can ignite their Passion & Purpose! Her motto is “If you can think it or dream it, you can create it!”

 

Heather and I discussed the power of mindset and how it affects our actions and even our bodies! We defined “mindset,” where it comes from, and how you can see it playing out in your life. We also discussed how the body is your subconscious mind and the value of asking what your body is trying to tell you. Although no one likes to feel stuck, Heather and I identified some of the benefits of using that “stuck moment” to uncover beliefs that are no longer working for us in order to heal and move forward.
